Every client will receive service-specific terms and conditions, because every case is unique. The general terms here apply to all clients, unless otherwise stated in your personal service agreement.

3. Payments

• Payments are handled via direct transfer to our company account or Selar, a secure external platform not controlled by us.
• Lizywin Links does not process payments directly and is not responsible for issues arising from third-party payment platforms.

4. Refunds and Completion

• All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in the service-specific agreement (e.g., Executive Services).
• DIY services are final: if a client registers and fails to attend or complete the training, no refund will be provided, nor will we force participation.
• Clients must commit fully before starting any DIY program or consultation.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information for all services.
• Understand that outcomes (visa approvals, admissions, travel confirmations) are beyond our control.
• Respect that each client’s circumstances are unique; general advice may not guarantee success.

6. Disclaimers

• We do not issue visas, influence embassies, or represent any embassy, consulate, or government.
• Lizywin Links provides consultancy, guidance, and administrative support only.
• We are not responsible for decisions made by embassies, universities, airlines, or other third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

Lizywin Links will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services. This includes visa refusals, travel delays, errors, or third-party actions.

8. Amendments

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Clients are responsible for reviewing the Terms of Service before using services.
